Returns & Exchange Policy
As our products are of a hygienic nature, please be advised that there are NO returns or exchanges on any opened product.
If a manufacturer's defect is discovered on any product within the first sixty (60) calendar days from purchase (note: regular wear and tear is not considered a defect), an exchange only will be honoured. Please contact your local Sales Representative to arrange.
Pricing Policy
Product prices are listed in CDN dollars and are subject to change at any time based on supplier costs within changing economic conditions. Product price increase notifications will always be posted/announced to our customers in the Cloud 9 Facebook group.
Your local Sales Representative will have the most up to date pricing information and any increases to product prices will be updated on this website without delay. If you are unsure of a product price, please consult with your local Sales Representative first before ordering. Thank you.
